Do not hire this company or Rhian if you value your money. Go online and google Rhian Ward Moody Events or just Rhian Ward Moody and you will see the extensive history and reviews of people not getting their money back and Rhian ghosting the couples last minute. Speaking from experience, she canceled the night prior to the wedding promising a refund. She proceeded to never pay us back and after speaking with multiple other couples who hired her, every story was the same. She cancels, takes the money and runs, changes her business name multiple times such as M&R and now most recently, Rosewood Movers. Even the moving company she started already has reviews of her not doing what she is contracted to do. We are currently trying to serve her in small claims court in PA and have already filed police reports as well as other couples have. Stay away from this company please. I hate seeing someone be such a scammer and take advantage of couples during their most vulnerable times.
