I am a wedding and lifestyle photographer from Cape May, New Jersey currently based out of Philadelphia. As I grew up I developed a love for watching the sunset that eventually lead to a passion for utilizing light and nature to create authentic portraits of those around me. Photographing weddings, to me, is about providing images that tell the story of the day. I want your great, great, grandkids to look through the photos and to understand the love, excitement, and happiness that existed throughout the day. Through earthy tones and an honest, intentional approach, my photographs create timeless memories to have for a lifetime. My goal as a photographer is to give each client a special and significant experience as a way to capture their own, personal story. I become friends with every couple I work with and through this friendship I document their love exactly how it exists- unique, sometimes messy, always beautiful, and one of a kind. While posing definitely has its place, I truly do believe that the best images happen in-between the poses, they are the images that you won’t even realize I am clicking my shutter for. You’ll be doing a lot of laughing, running, and probably some dancing too.

If there was a rating higher than 5 stars that’s exactly what I would rate Brandi. Brandi has become so much more than apart of our big day but now such an amazing friend. Brandi photographed our engagement pictures, our bridal shower, and helped take pictures getting ready for our big day. She has been monumental in catching every memory and aspect of love in Chris & my story and her work speaks for itself. I can’t wait for more milestones in life and to have none other than Brandi capture them. She was truly meant to do this it’s undeniable. No one else compares
100% recommend! We were looking for our wedding photographer everywhere for months for our September wedding. We finally found Brandi on Instagram, and it was one of our best choices for our wedding! We have never done a professional photoshoot, but we ended up having the best time during our engagement session. Brandi is so down to earth and talented, and she made us feel comfortable to show our chemistry on camera.
We had a small, intimate wedding on a rooftop in Brooklyn NY in September 2019, and it was a perfect match! Brandi captured all the details we wanted, and her photos are so natural. We loved our wedding photos so much that we immediately sent them to our guests, and received great compliments! We have so many beautiful photos from our wedding and engagement session and we are still excited about them. The whole process was smooth and professional, and we highly recommend Brandi for anyone who’s looking for a photographer for any special occasion.
What can I say about the amazingly talented Brandi Brooks?! She’s a superhero!
My husband and I were looking for an above-average, affordable, and more than your standard run-of-the-mill wedding photographer to capture our wedding day in October 2019. What attracted us to Brandi’s photos right off the bat was her unique style. Her photos have a warm quality that capture the magic of the moment. We found Brandi on Instagram under the hashtag #capewayweddings, since our wedding took place in Cape May, New Jersey. It also just so happens that Brandi was born and raised in Cape May, so she knew of all the photogenic spots.
Upon us meeting Brandi for our engagement photos, we instantly clicked (pun intended). Her bright and airy personality made us so much more comfortable during picture-taking, and Brandi has a seamless way of making you look amazing, even when you may not feel like you do.
For our wedding day, Brandi was with us for the entire day – a whole 12 hours! She and her assistant photographer captured all aspects of our wedding that included us and our guests. Our guests are still complimenting not only our amazing photographs but also how professional, fun, and kind Brandi was.
We waited only a few short weeks for our final photos to be posted on an online gallery in which we got to choose the photos we wanted to put into a book that we made ourselves. Also, Brandi sent us a USB in the mail of our photos for us to keep forever.
If we could give Brandi 10 stars, we would! Brandi is such a delight, and is beyond highly recommended when it comes to choosing her to document your wedding or any other occasion!

Brandi is beyond talented, she captured every detail of our day. Looking at our pictures makes me feel exactly how I did that day. She told our story perfectly.
Brandi is incredible! She did such an amazing job capturing the photos of our dreams so that we can always remember our special day. My husband and I we’re nervous to take professional photos by someone we didn’t know. We were afraid it may feel awkward, but Brandi has an amazing way of making you feel so comfortable during the pictures! The way she guided us through poses and held conversation throughout the shoots made it feel like we were being photographed by a friend. This was so important because our pictures turned out natural and fun! Even my bridal party loved her! She also edits photos so beautifully and is sure to capture natural moments throughout the day, not just the typical posed photos. She really did capture our day in the best way possible and we’re so thankful to have her pictures to always look back on. We could not recommend Brandi enough!!
5++++ stars for Brandi. She is absolutely amazing at what she does. Brandi has a way of making you feel like you’ve known her your whole life. She just brings this energy that can make you so comfortable being in front of the camera.
The first time I met Brandi she was the photographer for my best friends wedding. She’s so bubbly and easy to talk to. She captured the most incredible photos for my friend, I knew I had to secure her for my wedding. There was no one else I wanted for our big day. Her talent is unmatched.
Brandi first captured the most amazing engagement photos for us, we battled some iffy weather, but she was organized and executed our session beautifully.
I don’t even have words to describe our wedding photos. They are breath taking. I feel the emotion behind every photo because she really captured how beautiful and special the day was. I am blown away at how perfect all the shots are. Our family & friends keep saying that our photos belong in a magazine, and they truly do.

I don’t think I can say enough good things about Brandi!! Brandi photographed our engagement shoot in November of 2019, in preparation for our September 2020 wedding. We had never done a photoshoot together and my husband isn’t one for being in front of the camera. She made us feel like she was just one of our old friends dropping in on us hanging out that just so happened to bring a camera along. She made being in front of the camera feel so natural and effortless. Once COVID came into the picture and we decided to reschedule our wedding date to June 2021, Brandi was so easy to work with and so understanding! We ended up reaching out to Brandi to meet up with us on what would have been our wedding day for another shoot, this time on the beach. There was absolutely no purpose to this shoot at all, just wanted to do something meaningful on that date and knew I wanted Brandi there to take photos for us.
As for our wedding day, Brandi captured the love not only between my husband and I, but our family and friends in attendance too! From the intimate moments of our first look, to the dance party during the reception, each photo was taken with an intent and purpose. We’ve received countless compliments on our photos and it’s all thanks to Brandi Brooks! I cannot thank her enough for making our wedding day so special.
Brandi (and Grace) took my engagement photos and they came out amazing. They were fun, had great ideas, and produced high-quality photos. I also appreciated that Brandi communicated with me throughout the leadup to the engagement to provide suggestions and coordinate logistics!
From our first chat with Brandi, to our engagement photo session, to our wedding, our experience with Brandi has been nothing short of amazing. She is a true gem to the photography world and is an overall amazing human being that is so genuine and passionate about what she does. We couldn’t be happier with our experience with Brandi and hope to use her for future life events such as maternity and family photo shoots because we are so drawn to her talent and love the way she captures the little moments. Thank you Brandi for all you do! Bonus- if your fiance/partner/husband gets annoyed with taking photos, Brandi is your person to break that! My now husband clicked with her immediately and she had him laughing and feeling comfortable. I knew right then and there she would be perfect for the job.
Brandi was just amazing! She captured my wedding day so beautifully. Everyone felt natural and comfortable. (even those who don’t like taking pictures) I actually used Brandi before for my college graduation pictures and just HAD to have her take my pictures for my wedding because she is just so good! She is the best and clearly loves what she does! Highly recommend!
